hololens crashes again and again

hololens is crashing - left it for charging , after 100% charge , it crashed and resets to "Hello" message - started video recording, blank screen crashes, resets to "Hello" message reboots , hello , reboots , hello, .... - cortana's video tutorial crashes, reboots to hello
only way for a good reboot is Device Recovery which fixes the problem but it resets everything else Its my first day of using it and i have used device recovery 5 times anyone else facing similar problem?

I would recommend you contact Microsoft Support for this one. Online forums can only help so much. That being said, hopefully some of the admins here can help with some pointers @ahillier @neerajwadhwa @Patrick @Vanessa
