Can not build Unity Project-tempFile.resS
I am building my project in Unity and suddenly it said
"Opening file xxxxxx/Temp/tempFile.resS: The process can not access the file because it is being used by another process.
Why? I do not have VS, emulator, and device open...

This sounds like it might be a file that Unity creates/accesses during build. I would close Unity, and re-open to make sure that Unity is not trying to access it. If you still hit this error, then I would suggest rebooting your PC to start in a clean state.
