Can not build Unity Project-sharedassets0.assets

It happened a couple times. When I build my Unity project, it said

Moving xxxxxxx/Temp/UnityTempFile-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx to Temp/StagingArea/Data/sharedassets0.assets:Access is denied.

How can I solve the issue?

    A process is likely holding on to that file. You can attempt to delete it from Windows Explorer and see which process is holding on to it. If problem persists, you can also try using some 3rd party tools to check which process is holding a lock on your file: like File Unlocker
