can not checkout when purchasing

I got stuck in STEP 1 when checking out hololens. I have already fulfill things in shipping info. but when I click 'Next', it just refreshed the page and nothing happens, no errors.

Is there anyone else enter the same problem like I do. how do I solve it ?

    Use Firefox instead of Chrome solves my problem..

    I have tried Chrome, FireFox and Edge, but still stuck in STEP 1 just like shuifeng described...

    Does anyone else hit the same problem and find a way to proceed?
