Can I keep scanning data(pointcloud) after rebooting?

Hi. I am prepare holographic car showroom.
As I know 3d objects stick vertex or polygon in hololens.
I have question. Can hololens keep room scanning data after reboot??
Can I information UI stick on constant surface(showroom)or real object??
