App fails to deploy to HoloLens with DEPXXXX error

I Windows got updated, then I updated Unity and VS to Update 3 and apps wouldn't deploy anymore. They would build they stop at deployment failed. There was no error in VS2015 Community, it just said deploy failed. And it was failing fast, within 3 second of clicking the run button. On VS15 Preview 3, I got this: "Error : DEP0700 : Registration of the app failed. Deployment Register operation with target volume C: on Package...". It happened on two different computers with the same HoloLens. I redid the Security setup, I was always able to access the device portal. The cert was installed. The HoloLens was Developer enabled and paired, but nothing worked. I finally bit the bullet and reset the device.... and that totally fixed it. Now I am wondering if maybe the HoloLens deployment space was full or something. I looked for how much free space was available on the device portal but could not find it. Anyway...

This is a Question and Workaround, but not an answer. My solution was a reset of the HoloLens from the Control Panel.

I post this here so it might help others.

Not a fun experience, and long term not a fun workaround. Did you try to unpair and then repair the device with Visual Studio at any point?

For me, the "remote device" deploy doesnt work some times, eitehr DEP... error or complains about authentication mode... so I switch back and forth between USB/device deployment and remote machine. It just fixes itself, works and then doesnt work.
