Development Team in Multiple Locations

Hello,

My company has locations in the USA, UK, and Australia. We want to develop for HoloLens, but noticed the clause that says for USA and Canada developers only. If we purchased a dev kit, would it only be usable by our US based programmers or would it be acceptable to collaborate with our UK and Sydney based co-workers? Thanks.

So I am trying to put a team together, I work around quadriplegics and Doernbechers Childrens hospital. I have struggled to find local help and now am looking overseas, would there be any issues if the Hololens is here in the USA and my team is in India? Could they send over samples that I could test without physically having a hololens of their own? Respectfully Brian Leupold

I am finishing my degree in cyber security and homeland security. I am located in the US and have broken down my objectives for different hololense tasks for the program which is focused on assisting roles in law enforcement and investigation. I have done some programming but not to the level of developing and releasing a product of this importance and magnitude. I am looking to partner with a quality development team and company.
Would be willing to provide legal paperwork on ownership and profit details. Especially if the company was to provide minimal start up funding purchase some of the tools i need to assist in the development. I ran the idea by some of my criminal justice/cyber security professors who stated that my idea, would not only create an amazing tool for revolutionizing forensic/investigation strategy, but would be a vital tool that almost all local, state, and federal law enforcement organizations would be implementing its use. The comments where similar when sharing the basics of my idea to opperational specialists in different law enforcement agencies.
Basically this will not be a cheap app for entertainment, but one that will completely alter current roles in investigation.
My goal is to help law enforcement improve results even further, and I wouldn't br apposed to making some money. However, if a organization was able to provide me the funding to upgrade my computer, tablet, and purchase developer halolenses I wouldn't be expecting too much financially. Recognition for my idea and contributions in developing the program would be mandatory as it would be a beneficial resume statement upon graduating, but I feel that the program getting developed correctly and quickly is much more important then me waiting till my programming skills are strong enough to do it all myself.
So being part of the development team, gaining access to resources, and recognition for my part are most vital to me.
If you are a company or development organization that can assist in providing developers to assist me, and 10k in start up funding I know we can create a product that will become a household name in law enforcement and private sector security. I would appreciate having someone contact me to go over the basics of my idea, and see if it is a concept your company or organization would be interested in partnering on.

to start discussing working together. I have been designing this concept for years, but only recently with the release of hololenses has it been something that could be completely utilized.
