Hololens main menu without Wifi

I recently took the Hololens to a location that did not have a WiFi signal available. While trying to get the Hololens to work, every time I was in the main menu the device would complain about not being on WiFi. It was trying to use the WiFi to help figure out spatial mapping it seemed. I would tell it that it was ok that it was offline (I cant remember the specific pop-up) but it would pop up again quite often making it almost impossible to work.

When I disconnect the device from WiFi in a location that has signals available I dont get the same error. It seemed to only happen when it couldnt detect ANY WiFi networks in the area.

Is there a way to disable that popup that Im missing or a plan to make the device easier to use in those sorts of situations in the future?
