Spatial Mapping Not Working

In chapter 6 of Holograms 101, I still can't see anything after dragging the SpatialMapping object into the hierarchy and checking "Draw Visual Meshes" and selecting "wireframe"

    If you run with debugging does the debugger say anything in the output window?
