Hololens Hardware Support

Hello,

I just receive my Hololens and I have a problem with. On the right lens, there is a hair in the middle of fields of view, and I have blue highlights on the right lens.

How I can contact support to repair it ?

    In the email you've received from the store after ordering the device, there should be a phone number. If you call that, there is a dedicated HoloLens menu option in the robot that will get you to specialized HoloLens Store support agent.
    I would start there.

    I can't image how this must feel. Really sorry, hope you get it resolved soon.
