I need readers out to about 24 inches, which is about where holograms start, so like a lot of people I'll wear them down on my nose so I can flip my head up and down to correct or not correct based on distance. That simply does not work with the HoloLens. So what I do is pull off the HoloLens and put on readers to code and then when running an app I have to pull off the glasses to put on the HoloLens. I'm not sure if the best solution is contacts, surgery or a big ass monitor I can place far enough away that I can focus on it while wearing the HoloLens.
