Possible to update hololens firmware and software (windows SDK) in Japan?
Before purchasing, I have a question regarding using the hololens devkit in Japan.
Would running windows 10 SDK, installing firmware updates to hololens using the Japanese version of Windows 10 cause any problems?
Though I'm not sure what region it's set to, I know there are people in Europe updating it with no issue. Furthermore, JAL (Japan Airlines) are developing tools with it. So I take it there shouldn't be too much problem getting it running/updated on a Japanese OS, but I couldn't locate any concrete evidence stating the environment JAL developed on.
Since there's currently no release date for it in Japan, I am curious as to whether getting the US version, instead of waiting for the Japanese one, would cause more problems than the time it'd save waiting for the official one.
