Photogenic Unity Assets

Hi There,

I notice that when I have Cortana snapshot an image of a loaded app, some apps the assets look nice other apps the assets do not photograph so well.

What input factors of an asset are responsible for strong image quality when photographed with Cortana?

This is a probably a loaded question. I suppose I'm looking for optimal factors for an asset that photographs well yet still ensures strong app performance.

Any tips would be appreciated.

Thank you,
Jason

Yeh both pictures and video capture on hololens is weak. It never comes out as good as it actually shows on hololens.

@DanglingNeuron I agree.. I notice though if I take a picture of one of the characters from Fragments, the image quality turns out pretty good. In comparison to other assets I've photographed, they come out very poor/ faint/ missing detail.
