Send data between UWP and Unity
Since I need a OPC-UA connection for my Hololens app and I can't find a proper implementation I tried to get a UWP implementation to work. So now I got a working UWP OPC-UA implementation and my Unity app. I can build my Unity project with the XAML flag and add the UWP code in the from Unity created project. So I got both parts in one project and can even switch between both views, but actually I have to send all the messages from the OPC-UA connection (UWP app) to my Unity application. I hope there is some intern protocol to send data to my Unity application.

In the HoloToolkit the spatial mapping scripts have a remotemeshsource.cs and remotemeshtarget.cs. These show you how to send data from the HoloLens to the Unity editor.
