Project if perfect for Win and Android but compiling with MSVS this happens...

I am so pleased... Been fighting this for quite a spell...
Then after reading your response I have been pleasantly busy getting this figured out... Took more doing but BAM!!! Yes sir... You nailed it...
Now, I have both levels on my device as separate projects and just yesterday I figured out how to get the Cursor, Gaze & Gesture up and running so I now have the entire project running and linked... The next, and I think last, issue is getting the in game menu up and running... It is in there with World Space set, it is looking good except I am having a tough time getting it to work... From my research it looks like I need the "HoloLens Input Manager"... Damdest thing though... I can't find it anywhere... So, I am stumped again... Dealing with the fact that the HoloAcademy file naming convention no longer matches the HoloToolKit files really has been a pain... That is the project you are helping me with and man does it look good in the device... Wish the device was more powerful so I wouldn't need to optimize so much as I hate dumbing down on the quality....Anyways I am much obliged to your assistance...

Hi,
The error says Valve.VR.VR Event not loading.
Valve.VR is part of SteamVR, the HTC Headset
The Valve libraries DONT exist for Microsoft HoloLens.
Unity Asset Store has a plugin that might help
