Rendering 3D Hologram model through QR code

Hi Friends,

I'm new to HoloLens and still in learing phase.

I have use-case , where we need to use Hololens to scan a QR code and display the respective 3D hologram along with some predefined details of the hologram.
Now My Query is:
1) Is it possible to embed a 3D model in a QR code?
2) How to use HoloLens to scan QR code and render 3D model?

    I think you would store the models either withing the program or online on a server, then when recognising the QR Code you show the relevent 3D Model.

    There is a free QR code reader for unity https://github.com/codebude/QRCoder

    or there are paid for ones in the Asset store!
