Failed to connect to Xde server for virtual machine HoloLens Emulator

Hi ,
I have installed all the tools and try to create and run an Hololen app.
I have OS 8.1 ,VS2015 Enterprise.
I have created the app and just tried to run it using the Hololens emulator and I'm getting this
Failed to connect to Xde server for virtual machine HoloLens Emulator

DEP6100 : The following unexpected error occurred during bootstrapping stage 'Connecting to the device

I don't have the device and I thought that I would be able to see it in the emulator.
FYI the machine I'm using is capable with Hyper V and all these because I'm already building Universal Apps for windows phone and tablets.

Am I missing something ?
Appreciate your guidance on this.

Microsoft said that you can work with 8.1.

The Windows 10 SDK works best on the Windows 10 operating system. This SDK is also supported on Windows 8.1, Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2008 R2. Note that not all tools are supported on older operating systems. Visual Studio 2015 also has hardware requirements.

I got the above from here

You are correct Dwight. I read the first lines. I'm sorry.
    It says below
•64-bit Windows 10 Pro, Enterprise, or Education (The Home edition does not support Hyper-V)
