HoloLens connect with PC via network
Hi,
I have a program running on PC as a server providing data via network. I want HoloLens to receive the data from the server via network.
The program running on PC is not UWP.
I want to know if the client developed on HoloLens based on UWP can communicate with the server on PC.
Thanks.

Long story short, yes. You can build an HoloLens app that makes calls over the network. See the Sharing example and this one on how to use Sockets. You'll have to use websockets, raw sockets, http req/response or a slimmed down form of wcf. As these are the network protocols and technologies supported on a HoloLens device.
