If you have an Innovative Idea based on this project but don't have Developer/programming skills do
I always had this idea to develop an educational device I named "Virtual Audience" for people who have to do presentations but suffer from Anxiety. especially for young school learners more specifically in South Africa, as I'm from South Africa. Until I heard about the "Hololen" from Microsoft. Is there any experts I can meet whom I Can get to work with to realize this dream I have?

One place you might consider is joining a group. We have a few groups listed on this site https://forums.hololens.com/groups. You can also search for HoloLens user groups, or other related groups, online to find more information if there are developers wanting to participate in your idea. I suggest finding a group close to you and meeting in person, as well as taking steps to learn what you can to understand the problem you are trying to solve and how to implement your solution.
