Unsafe code errors in Unity after importing the HoloToolkit

I'm getting errors trying to build my project after importing the HoloToolkit from github, any ideas?

The HoloToolkit contains a set of .rsp files (csc.rsp, gmcs.rsp, smcs.rsp) in the Assets folder that enable unsafe code to compile.
If you do not intend to use code from the Assets\HoloToolkit\Sharing folder, you can safely remove the folder from your project and your project will not need the .rsp files.

Here is a solution post from the Holotoolkit wiki:
"Did you have the Assets/HoloToolkit folder selected when you went to export the package? If so, that'll miss the required compiler options files that are in the Assets folder. If you select Assets and do a package export that should catch them."
