It seems Microsoft is turning a blind eye and ear to the 'problem' of ebay resales. Can we expect an official response?

I have noticed in the last two days that the new HoloLens listings (including techdiamonds 3rd listing) have started to quietly disappear and no longer show up in the general search, sold or completed lists.
Perhaps action is now being taken behind the scenes to try and resolve the issue.

So far it has been stated that "Your Microsoft HoloLens cannot be resold.."
but I haven't seen any public statements specifically mentioning hot and lucrative eBay HoloLens DevKit market or the recently very successful HoloLens reseller partner techdiamonds.

That techdiamonds guy sure is a holo-powerseller! He has sold 3 so far.
He should write an ebook - "How to toss your TOS and make a killing on ebay while everyone - and i mean everyone (cough microsoft) - watches!"

Yes @HoloSheep the listings are gone! Now ebay have 2 listings of people selling their wave 3 and wave 4 invites.

Listings keep trickling onto the list and it looks like one sale slipped under the radar this morning.

And the flood gates open again
appear that 2 sold yesterday
and another 5 up for sale today already
I guess it was a temporary gesture on eBay's part to quietly remove a few.
