Colour tripes issue on the screen and causing headache?

I purchased the Hololens from Online Store a few days ago and found that it has a serious issue that there are a few colour tripes displayed on the screen, which looks like an oil-base discolouration covered the whole screen (it is definitely not only happened on the screen edge). It makes me feel sick and headache when I use the Hololens for more than 5 minutes, and also make any app opened in it with weird colour stripes on. Is it a hardware issue or software one? How to fix it?
