Anyone had luck calling sales support?
I'm having trouble entering a Canadian billing address, but getting any help has so far been impossible. I spent 2 hours on hold yesterday, today they just hang up without an option to wait for an operator or leave a message. I haven't yet had a reply to email either, although that did just go out this morning.
I never thought my invite would come through but the store would not allow my credit card. Very frustrating.

Hi Vanessa, sorry I got distracted by work and didn't see this. We tried the Canadian store, but even when using a computer remotely in Montreal it would bounce me back to the US store.
We did manage to order, just used their name and my mailing address which was the best we could figure out in the available time frame. I realize that mine is an odd-ball situation, but it's pretty frustrating to be presented with a 48 hour deadline (after accepting the invite) without being able to chat, email, or phone anyone in the store during that period ;-\

One thing you can try in the meantime is to make sure your MSA is based either in the US or Canada (depending on which online store you're accessing) You can check that here: https://account.microsoft.com/about

Hello, glad you managed to purchase! Sorry about the issues you encountered though. For reference if anybody else reads this thread, the 48h deadline is only the store authentication (step 2). If you return to step 1 (which is the first link in the purchase email) and re-authenticate, that store email will regenerate. hope that helps. Vanessa
