Where do I find the Hololens templates in C++?

I am having a heck of a lot of problems trying to start hololens programs because, from what I kind tell, you have to start from absolute scratch.

But when installing the Hololens tools on my new PC, i noticed Visual Studio has templates to start from so I installed them. The problem being, I can't find them. I'd assume you can find in in the list when you chose File>New Project but I either can't find anything hololens related or its not there.
