Trick for using whole Display as HUD?
Hi,
i tried now different tutorials to reach a 100% fill for the displays in my HoloLens with a canvas and Elements in it. I would like to place some icons in all 4 corners as far as possible.
Depending on my solution i still seem to have some pixels left.
I would like to use a HUD, 1m in front of me. the displays seem to be 1268 x 720
has anyone done something like this?

As far as I understand what you want is having your HUD at the point onto which your eyes are focused to remove the eye strain? In the case you need to "slide" the HUD along your camera frustum and scale it accordingly to ensure it still fills the entire view. Your eye is typically focused on point on which your cursor is. And your cursor is typically there where the gaze forward vector intersects with whatever it is you're interacting with: spatial mapping, interactive colliders, etc.
I tried this solution and it works very well. The HUD is alway in focus, eyes are relaxed and you don't really notice the sliding. It's like the HUD is obeying your eye focus.
