Does hologram color take into consideration background color?

Hi,

It is known that holograms are placed to real world by using additive blending, wherein the color of the hologram is added to the color of real world object. There can be situations in which hologram might not be clearly visible because of its color being very similar to the background on which the hologram is projected. Is it possible to take background color into consideration in order to appropriately choose a contrasting color of the hologram, so as to increase its visibility. In other words, can real time data regarding background color be utilized to create hologram with greater contrast

Regards,
John

I don't think so. There is now API support for somethng like this. You would have to analyze the camera stream by yourself. Unfortunately there is no way to access the camerastream in a real time mannery, yet. At least as far as I know.
