DEP2220 : Cannot delete the folder

I have the following error
DEP2220 : Cannot delete the folder "C:\Data\Users\DefaultAccount\AppData\Local\
DevelopmentFiles\myapp.VS\streamingassets" on the target machine "127.0.0.1".

and cleaning the project files, restarting Unity and Visual Studio didnt help. Restarting the hololens also didnt work. In the web based file browser of hololens there is no app data at all. Now I cant deploy any project event with different name. How to solve this problem?
