Pin request on Hololens

Hello !

when i connect my Hololens device to the Windows device portal it prompts for the pin the very fist time.
But when i try to connect it.. it says incorrect username and password entered even though i enter the correct ones.
and finally it prompts for a set up access page to reset the username and password.
Attaching a screenshot of it.
Why is this happening? Why is the device portal not opening with the previously set username and password.

Please help me out.
