Incorrect Password - Hololens won't start

Hi,

After a successful set-up the other day, there were a few issues with WIFI disconnecting.

Today we went to start up the Hololens and it keeps saying 'incorrect password' when trying to log in. It is definitely the correct password we are entering but with no option to switch user or anything we cannot start the device up.

Does anyone have any ideas about whats happening here?

    I don't know, but do you have tried to access the device portal via a web browser? Maybe you can access and reset the device.

    Hi keljed, thanks for responding. Not yet we haven't, we were hoping to not have to reset the device yet. I will post the solution here when we solve the issue. Thanks again.

    Can't connect to Device Portal. Using WRT to flash the device.
