Please help ! I have trouble accessing my picture album of Hololens since yesterday.
Hi I'm new of Hololens and really need your professional help.
I have a trouble to open picture album since yesterday. I got this Hololens 1 week ago and everything was OK until yesterday.
What happened was, I wanted to take good photos so I took many about 30 photos. After that I tried to open and edit them. But I am no longer to access of my photo album after that. It seems freezing or some type of error goes. I see light green front screen of photo page. It usually takes you to the photo and video album after click, but nothing happen now. I tried and tried and now I'm so exhausted.
Could you help me this ?
I'm also wondering if I need to clean cache and unwanted files constantly on Hololens just like we do on our laptop computer ....if so I don't know how...

It seems sleeping mode or crashed because there is one moon icon there, but then how am I able to fix it ?
