Unable to run HoleLens Emulator

I'm getting this error : Emulator is unable to verify that the virtual machine is running : Not enough memory is available in the system to start an emulator that uses 2048 MB of start up RAM.

My Laptop is fujitsu ah531, it has 2 cores (considered as 4 due to threading), 4 gb ram, no graphics card.

I have already tried allocating memory through registry, it did not work.

Then I followed the instructions to run it through bat file, but the bat file did not even start.

Please help.

    @Sarva,

    Do you have other apps open at the same time? It often helps to just close everything down that you can in order to get the emulator working.

    Thanks for the reply. Yes, I closed all apps and tried to start the emulator right after startup, still getting the same error.

    But, can you or anyone confirm that I still can run the emulator with my specs or it's not possible at all? Thanks.

    Did you try to start the emulator via the Hyper-V Manager and not via Visual Studio? I need about 3 GB of free memory to start it.
