Running a hololens app in hololens emulator showing just a dot.
Hi All,
I am a newbie to Vr dev, I am trying to run an app to visualize a simple 3d block in hololens emulator, I have followed the same steps that are explained in origami App, but I could only see a white dot in hololens emulato, had anyone faced a similar issue it would be so of great help for me. thanks.

What if you create several 3D objects all round in the scene?
Also try to enable spatial mapping as described in one of the tutorials. Then you can right-click in the emulator to better orient yourself (the camera) in the virtual room.
Was this ever answered? I'm running into the same thing.
I had the same problem and finally got it working with this combination:
Visual Studio 2017 15.3.2
Unity 5.6.3p2 and Unity 2017.1.0p5
