How to find the intersection between the SpatialPointerPose and the surface mapping?

Hi,
Can anybody tell me how to find the intersection between the SpatialPointerPose and the surface mapping using c++ and DirectX?

Many thanks.

you probably have to translate the pointer pose to the same world space as your spatial data and do a raycast in the direction of the pointer pose? You also need collision info on the surface mesh to trigger the raycast. You can look at some of the directx examples on github on how ray casts and collision data is made. I think marble maze is one good example of this where it's not too complex.
