HoloLens device is or can be purchased by the general public of the US / CA resident?
Since I am Japanese, not be able to purchase the HoloLens. So How can I think that I'll have to buy asked friends living in US, do i possible purchase of HoloLens device members of the public If my friend are a US / CA resident? please teach me.

@kuniyasu - The HoloLens is not currently a consumer available product. At this time the only devices being sold are the developer editions. You could apply for a developer edition using an address in the US (friends address), and get put in line the get one of the developer editions as the wave you get put into becomes available, but it's not currently possible, even for your friends in the US, to just purchase a device.

Yes you will have to request your friend living in the US to use his credit card with a shipping address that is inside the US.
There could still be problems with your order but @Vanessa will help sort that out for you eventually.
