HoloLens/Vuforia project being rotated on HoloLens

I have a Unity project with Vuforia integrated . I have been using the object recognition to place a cube on top of a box . I followed the how to place content section of this tutorial

to check the placement of the cube is correct before loading it on to the hololens . However when it is deployed to the hololens the cube is placed under the object . Does any one have any idea why this may be ?
