When did hololense prototypes start?
I am doing a project about the hololense and I wanted to know when hololense prototypes started being made.

There is no public information that I am aware of for when the first HoloLens prototypes were started. The first public announcement of the HoloLens was Jan. 21, 2015, at which point they were well past the first prototype stage.
