How to hide the word "REC" in hololens when live preview is enabled

Hi all,

When I try to live review or capture the mr video from either device portal or the Microsoft hololens app, the word "REC" with red is always showing in the hololens, which leads bad user experience. Is there anyway to hide the word "REC" during the live preview or capturing period?

But images the situation that we would like to broadcast one user's view to public as he agreed, the word REC always shown in the screen, and the user keeps complaining about that

There is a project which is for broadcasting Announcing Spectator View
which solves this "REC" removal and other problems, because the picture is processed by a camera and Unity and distributed to other people. Maybe you could adapt the project
There is another project which could be of use MixedRemoteViewCompositor

Which reads in the picture again, processing this and potentially changing the picture

Spectator is way too hard for the simple projection mode. The answer above only makes sense if it was recording. Live preview is no different then me having a skype session on my laptop projected to a big screen. The flashing REC signal ruins most mixed reality scenes because it breaks the paradigm
