Web Portal not functioning on the HoloLens device

I am trying to connect to the web portal on my HoloLens but the connection always responds that the server is not available. I have tried rebooting the device, restarting both the portal itself and developer mode, ensured updates are completed and even cleared the cache on my browser. Be aware that I am connecting from a MAC which is why I am not using USB. I have a Windows dev machine but not in the same city as the device.
