Saving camera poses as you move around

I want to texture the meshes created by hololens in desktop platform using the camera images captured while I move around with hololens. Therefore I need to save the camera poses as accurate as possible relative to the real world. Also the spatial mesh has to be relative to the camera poses. Should I use world anchors for camera poses? would coordinates of spatial mapping meshes alter relative to camera poses? what is the best solution for this?
