Spectator View in Unity Game Window

I have just test out the spectator view, I notice that if i want to see my camera mix with hololens virtual objects, I have to hit "spectator view" tag in unity to trigger a new windows, while not watch them in the Unity Game Windows.

I want to display the spectator view in Unity Game Window to make it more flexible.

There is plugin in unity store could grab camera data

I have try some methods, works but not perfect:
Method A
1.Hit the "Play" button in unity
2.Hit "Spectator View" Tag in tool bar, while start the camera
3.Close the "Spectator View", camera will be closed
4.Grab camera data with plugin, view them in unity game window

Method B
1.Plugin a low res camera to the computer for spectator view start it.
2.After hit "Play" button, plugin hi res camera.
3.Grab camera data with plugin, view them in unity game window

So, my question is:
1.Could I start the spectator view without start the camera automatically? So I could start camera later in unity game windows.
2.Could I set the camera id for spectator view use. So I could assign a low res camera for default spectator view use, and a high res camera for unity game window use.
