Dust on the Waveguide

I just received my second dev kit and was dismayed to find that there is a piece of dust at the dead center of one of the wave guides. Unfortunately it's big enough to show up during use. Is this something that Microsoft will replace a unit for or am I stuck? :\

My hololens arrived with a few particulates of dust stuck to the inside front surface of the visor. I'm assuming this area is intended to -not- be user serviceable. Has anyone had luck with clearning dust from the inside front surface of the visor?
