Running sharing server on the Hololens
Is there a way to run the sharing server on the Hololens its self instead of on a PC?

The executable you mention is not a Universal Windows application and will not run on the HoloLens. You could add similar functionality into your HoloLens application and either have your users enter the IP Address of the host device or build in a host negotiation feature into your app.
