Hand Position Detection Latency

Hi,

I am currently working on a project where the hand position detection is critical. Is it possible to reduce the latency for a program to retrieve the position of a hand from the HoloLens?

Currently, Unity 5.6.0f3 is being used for this project, and I am only using the InteractionManager from UnityEngine.VR.WSA.Input, and not going through Holo-Toolkit scripts.

Would the latency be reduced if the project was programmed directly in a C++ project in Visual Studio, and not go through Unity?

Thanks!
