hololens spatial mapping anchor failure

I uses hololens spatial mapping to map a room , then ,anchor five cubes on the floor ,I use the transform.position of the five cubes to give the LineRenderer , use the LineRenderer to draw a line ,then , A body 3D model play the walk animation ,it walk from the one side to another side of the line. But, when I restart the hologram application ,the anchored cubes reset.I don not know where conflict between the Unity and Hololens.
