Is there a way to disable Cortana?
While using the device, Cortana interrupts by asking "Do you want to complete a survey..." and if I say no, she goes away no problem. But is there a way where I can just disable her, to stop her from asking at all?

I know you can with an enterprise device if you go to kiosk mode. I am not sure of any ways to do it on a normal device. It is annoying.
