Is the resolution good enough to read a page of text?
Is it good enough to read (the equivalent of) an 8x11.5 page in - let's say - Arial 10 font). I wish to use this to display instructions from a booklet. Do any of the apps that come with this do anything similar? Thanks.

Yes, you can read text just fine. It depends on how far away you are as to what size of page and font will work.
