Disassemble the HoloLens
Hello!
Did anyone disassemble his/her HoloLens? How far can I go with it still working?
The reason I'm asking is: I want to attach the HoloLens to robotic application that is space-constrained. I want to remove the plastic "sunglass" visor and wonder if the tracking still works.
Did anybody try that already?
The only pictures of a HoloLens disassembly I found are from https://www.theverge.com/2016/4/6/11376442/microsoft-hololens-holograms-parts-teardown-photos-hands-on ,but it says, Microsoft provided the individual parts already disassembled, so this is no tear-down information. Unfortunately, iFitit.com also does not have a teardown video, where I could learn, how the remove the plastic covers and deal with the glue
