Holograms drifting on video stream, not on Hololens

I'm trying to do a video capture from Microsoft device central but I noticed in certain angles the holograms are drifting away from the screen. The weird thing is, this only happens on the video stream and not on the hololens itself (on the hololens, the blocks keep sticking to the walls and window). On the video below you can see that when I look down the holograms shift out of the screen while this does not happen on the Hololens.

Did anyone else notice this behavior as well and what perhaps could be a fix for this?

Unity Version 2017.3.1p1 seems to mostly fix this problem.

The latest software update on the HoloLens (10.0.14393.2248) seemed to cause this issue for me. I tried it on another HoloLens and it worked like a charm.
