On Mixed Reality, video can be played , but nothing is displayed on Hololens.

I applied for an application for mixed reality.
In the report from Microsoft it was written as follows.

  1. Launch the app on the HoloLens.
  2. Noticed that the apps does not display anything,

I do not own Holo Lens,
I can not reproduce the trouble pointed out by Microsoft.
It is difficult to identify the cause of the problem without the hololens.
How should I solve this problem?
