It sounds like the email went to your junk folder. If you can't find it, read this forum post
I just got my link today but I was told it could be a few months before everyone in wave 1 will get their link. They told me this directly when I opened a support ticket because I thought my invite might have went to junk folder.
Can you take a screenshot of the purchase email. It seems stupid but many people didn't get an invitation email.
Same thing here. Wave 1, no purchase link. It is not a good thing this uncertainty when the purchase link will finally arrive, in order to make proper planning of the development schedule.

@bernieSF my guess would be that @AceHack used the following page https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/getsupport?wf=0&tenant=ClassicCommercial&oaspworkflow=start_1.0.0.0&locale=en-us&supportregion=en-us&pesid=15966&ccsid=635954858945339478 to create a support incident.

not that bad, at least you are in Wave 1, they will take around 2 month to deliver all wave 1 candidates. Not like me in Wave 4, I have to wait 8 month until all your guys are served haha.
I just got my invite link yesterday, and I am in Wave 1 as well. As far as I can tell, they are sending the link out when your device(s) are made and ready to go. In reality this is the same as if they sent everyone in Wave 1 the purchase link, then you had to wait 2 months for your device....
